Route shipping protection is insurance for your medications just in case your order gets lost or damaged during transit. It is based on how your local transit companies make their deliveries. It will be replaced once approved by filing a claim with Route
Will my order ship the date it is billed?
The order will be processed from the day it is billed. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. It will be overnight shipping from the day that it ships out.

We not accept care credit or any insurance for medications.
My package was delayed. Is the medication efficacy compromised?
Medications are stable and safe to use up to a week at room temperatures per the pharmacy. After a week of unrefrigeration, the vial should not be used. Ice packs melted
How do I reset my password?
When logging in, you will. have the option of requesting a password reset link if you have forgotten your password.
Will the subscription price change if I change dosage?
The monthly price of subscriptions will stay the same even if you need an increase in dosage, which will have to be approved by the medical provider.
What supplies come in my order?
Each order will include the vial, syringes, alcohol wipes, and dosing/injecting instructions.
Am I required to be on a subscription?
Every patient is required to be on subscription to ensure safe use of medications and appropariate amount of supply.
