If your order status shows ‘Ready to Fill,’ it means your order is being processed and sent to the pharmacy. No further action is required on your part.
Why is shipping $40 for some medications?
Some medications have the best efficacy and longevity when stored at refrigerated temperatures. We ship these medications with overnight shipping, which comes at a higher cost.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your patient account.
How do I change my weekly dose before my next refill date?
An increased dose will have to be approved by the provider if neccessary based on your treatment progress.
How much weight can I expect to lose in a month on weight loss medication??
