Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We have a strict no refund policy that was agreed to in the terms and at check out. Orders cannot be refunded due to the personalized nature of prescription medications and regulations for the return of prescription medications. In the event that you request cancellation of an order before it has begun filling with the pharmacy, we can issue store credit.
