Why can’t I cancel my order if it hasn’t shipped yet?
We cannot cancel any orders as these are mediccations and they are submitted to the pharmacy once placed. We have a strict no refund policy for medications. (or if it says prescription filling)

How do I change my weekly dose before my next refill date?
An increased dose will have to be approved by the provider if neccessary based on your treatment progress.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your patient account.
Will my order ship the date it is billed?
The order will be processed from the day it is billed. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. It will be overnight shipping from the day that it ships out.
